Real Time Care provides high-quality, person-centered day-to-day NDIS support, designed to empower participants to live independently and achieve their individual goals.
Our supports include assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and routine management. A strong focus is placed on building participants’ confidence, life skills, and overall wellbeing.

Real Time Care offers engaging and flexible day trips designed to enhance participants’ wellbeing, independence, and enjoyment of life. Our day trips can be tailored as individual experiences or enjoyed as small group outings, depending on each participant’s preferences and goals.
We provide a wide range of experiences, including visits to exhibitions, museums, art galleries, and community events, as well as outdoor adventures such as nature walks, gardens, beaches, and local attractions. These outings are designed to encourage social interaction, build confidence, and create meaningful, enjoyable experiences.

Real Time Care provides NDIS respite supports that focus on meaningful experiences, connection, and enjoyment. Our respite options go beyond traditional in-home care, offering participants the opportunity to take part in engaging, experience-based stays that promote independence and wellbeing.
Participants can enjoy a range of activities such as outdoor adventures, farm experiences, campfires, community outings, and local events, all tailored to their interests and goals. Whether it’s exploring nature, visiting attractions, or simply enjoying new environments, our respite is designed to be both refreshing and enriching.

Campfire culture is an important part of Real Time Care’s camping experiences, bringing people together in a relaxed and inclusive environment. Sitting around a campfire encourages connection, storytelling, reflection, and shared experiences, helping participants build social skills and form meaningful relationships.
Our camping trips provide opportunities to connect with nature, learn new skills, and enjoy the outdoors in a safe and supportive setting. Activities such as cooking over the fire, sharing meals, and engaging in group conversations promote independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
